LAST SCENE – FAUST
Last Month, I went to the Hong Kong Cultural Centre to see the Opera- FAUST. It is an enjoyable experience, though I don’t understand French and feel tired and uncomfortable when I look at the opera libretto displayed aside; maybe, I’m too closed to the scene.
The most marvelous scene appears at the end of the Opera when Marguerite dies-“heavenly radiance transforms the cell as Marguerite’s soul enters heaven.” As requested, I painted this scene with the aid of Photoshop eventually, dedicate it to those have not see the show.
